We work closely with our clients from initial concept stage through to detailed construction and completion stages. Our civil and drainage designs include road and footpath design, drainage strategy reports, detailed drainage design, sewer permit applications and sewer adoptions.
FOUL & SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE DESIGN:
Our designs utilise sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS) which consider the needs of your development and are fully modelled to safely manage surface water run-off in accordance with the latest standards and guidance. We also undertake foul drainage design from feasibility to construction.

Introduced by Natural England in Cumbria in March 2022, Nutrient Neutrality (NN) is required to be achieved in all developments where there is seen to be a risk of increased nutrient pollution within at risk catchment areas.
Our engineering team work closely with local authorities, clients and planning consultants to produce NN assessments and mitigation schemes of varying scales for residential and commercial developments.
